Looking for the perfect side for dinner this fall? This Brussels sprouts recipe will be a new go to! The key to this recipe is getting the perfect crisp on your Brussels sprouts which can be done in two ways:
Great Thanksgiving side dish! - Jessica H.
I have made this recipe time and time again and both ways are just as good! The first way is the more traditional way of baking the Brusssels spouts in the oven. I have tried different temperatures and what I found to be best is to cook them at 400°F for 20 minutes. This gets the nice crisp on the outside on the Brussel sprouts and that golden look! The second way I have made this recipe is in the air fryer! For this way just throw the Brussels sprouts right in and set the temperature to 375°F for 20 minutes. Either way these come out incredible!
Brussels Sprouts with Goat Cheese and Balsamic Glaze
Ingredients:
Include everything your reader needs to make this recipe perfectly, with measurements, optional additions, or alternatives. For example:
2 cups Brussels sprouts
1/2 Tbs honey
1 Tsp olive oil
1/2 Tbs onion powder
1/2 Tbs garlic powder
Salt
1/4 cup goat cheese
Balsamic glaze
Directions:
Directions should always be short and to the point.
Start by cutting your Brussels sprouts in half and placing in large bowl.
If using an oven preheat to 400°F
To the large bowl of Brussels sprouts add olive oil, salt, onion powder, garlic powder and honey and gently toss.
If using oven place tossed Brussel sprouts on a baking dish and cook in the oven for 15 minutes. If using the air fryer add all Brussel sprouts into the air fryer and cook on 375°F for 20 minutes.
Once out of the oven place the Brusssels sprouts into a medium size bowl. Crumble goat cheese on top and drizzle balsamic glaze to your liking. (I like a lot so I use a bit more than a drizzle!)
And enjoy! Let me know in the comments if you make this dish and how you like it!
